Intense heat wave can blow in the country

The temperature is slowly rising. By the end of February, the temperature dropped to 34 degrees. It is expected to rise to 38 degrees Celsius in March.

Beyond 40 degrees in April, the country may experience intense heat waves. This is indicated in the long-term forecast of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department.

The forecast, signed by the director of the department, Samsuddin Ahmed, has already been sent to all the departments concerned, including the agriculture ministry.

There is a risk of one to two days of moderate or severe thunderstorms in the northern and central parts of the country and two to three days of mild or moderate thunderstorms in other parts of the country.

Temperatures will gradually drop to 36 degrees Celsius and then to 38 degrees Celsius in the northwest. Normal rainfall is also possible in April. However, there are hints of one to two depressions. The result could be a cyclone.

There may also be two to three days of moderate or severe thunderstorms with thunderstorms in the north and central parts of the country and four to five days of light or moderate thunderstorms or thunderstorms elsewhere in the country. One to two mild (36 to 38 degrees) or moderate (38 to 40 degrees) heat waves can flow.
