Staying happy has a direct relationship with sleep


Recently, in the World Happiness Index - 2021, a non-governmental organization called 'Slipscore Lab' conducted a survey on the sleep of citizens of different countries through their mobile app.

Finland, a Scandinavian country, tops the list for the fourth time. Statistics show that the happiest people in the world sleep the most.

Finns sleep the most in the world. It is known that people in Finland sleep an average of 7 hours and 5 minutes per night.

Japan ranks very low in the World Happiness Index. In Japan, citizens sleep an average of 6 hours and 23 minutes per night.

Experts claim from this study, there is a direct relationship with sleep to stay happy!
